The inaugural Pacific Rim Mathematical Association (PRIMA) Congress will be held at the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia, on July 6-10, 2009. The running of the The 18th World IMACS and MODSIM09 International Congress and the PRIMA Congress in consecutive weeks provide an excellent opportunity for international visitors to participate in two world-class scientific events in iconic Australian cities.

PRIMA is an association of mathematical sciences institutes, departments and societies from around the Pacific Rim, established in 2005 with the aim of promoting and facilitating the development of the mathematical sciences throughout the Pacific Rim region.
