Submission and review of all papers will be handled via the Web-based Conference Management Tool (WCMT). WCMT is available from http://www.mssanz.org.au/modsim09/WCMT/.

Consent to publish
Submission of papers implies that consent is given to MSSANZ and IMACS to publish the paper in hard copy and digital format.
