The Cairns Convention Centre has a media/presenters room and a computerized network for piping power point presentations to the various convention sessions and rooms. The computer based system will contain the conference program and is also accessible in each conference room.

During the conference, the room will be staffed by Cairns Convention Centre staff. They are there to assist with uploading papers, and to explain the use of the system in the conference rooms. Session chairs and presenters should visit the media room well before their time slot, to get their power point presentations loaded, and to familiarize themselves with the operation of the system. The system can handle most power point presentations.
