Phenological indicators of climate change: towards new modelling approaches, strategies, statistics, mathematics and policy. There is much need for new mathematical and statistical approaches to modelling climate change indicators in the area of phenology , ecology and biology. The session will invite papers on many issues including the following - meta analysis; Bayesian and non Bayesian approaches; change points; optimal time series and wavelet methods; GIS spatial and temporal approaches; how to combine time series, meta databases, comparison of trends in the southern hemisphere versus northern hemisphere; and how to gain a consensus on data acquisition, storage, retrieval, analysis and reporting.
