H3. Species distribution modelling

Species distribution modelling is a hot topic in biological conservation and ecosystem management, which provides the information on the spatial distribution of species. Although the term of ‘species distribution modelling’ is often used, it usually covers all biological and/or ecological entities including species. This session will provide an opportunity for scientists and relevant researchers to present their recent findings in species distribution modelling, including such as development of new modelling methods and innovative applications of existing methods in terrestrial and/or marine environments.
