×L2. Catchment water quality modelling

Deteriorating water quality in rivers and streams can have significant environmental, economic and social impacts. As such, it is increasingly important to enhance our understanding of key catchment processes and to predict future water quality through catchment modelling.

This session aims to address recent advances in modelling water quality in natural and rural catchments, including:

Besides catchment-scale modelling, we particularly welcome contributions relevant to large-scale programs such as the Great Barrier Reefs, as well as paddock- or lot-scale modelling within catchments.

Key topics: Catchment water quality, Modelling, Pollution, Variability
